Panni Pancreas’ Perfect Pizza’s ( Ham, Pineapple and Mushroom )

Handy hint and tips: any leftover pizza can be eaten for breakfast or lunch the next day!

    Pizza Base
  • 1
    Pack of Ham off the bone
  • 8
    Closed Cup Mushrooms ( Optional )
  • 1
    Red Onion
  • 1
    Red Pepper
  • 1
    Tube of Tomato Puree
  • 1
    Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Cup
    Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese
  • 2
    Cloves of Garlic
  • Mixed herbs
  • 1
    Small Tin of Pineapple in juice ( optional )
  • 1
    Handfull of Rocket
  • Black Pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C/450°F/Gas Mark 8

  2. Wash and dry hands thoroughly

  3. Remove all packaging from pizza base and place on a cooking tray

  4. Smother the base in tomato puree

  5. Slice up the mozzarella and place evenly over the pizza base

  6. Slice up the ham

  7. Wash all vegetables

  8. Slice up the red onion

  9. Slice up red pepper

  10. Remove the stalk from the mushrooms, peel, wash and chop

  11. Open and drain the tin of pineapple (whole tin not needed)

  12. Peel and chop garlic

  13. Evenly place your ingredients over the pizza base

  14. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on the top

  15. Place the rocket evenly over the pizza (optional whether you want to put this on before or after cooking the pizza)

  16. Place the pizza in the oven for approximately 20 minutes
